President - Brian is a native to the Waynesboro area and has been in the construction trade for the past twelve years. He brings to the table a wealth of construction knowledge and skill. He works along side each of our customers for a quality design and project.

Victoria Mininger

Vice-President/ Office Manager - Victoria was born and raised in Taos, New Mexico until the age of ten. At that time she moved with her family to the Valley. She married Brian in 1996. They are proud parents of four daughters. Victoria manages the showroom along with the administrative tasks of Home Innovations.

Jeff Mininger

Drafter - Jeff is a native of Waynesboro. He has been working along side his brother Brian for the past six years in residential construction. He brings his own knowledge of building to the table to insure a quality design that meets your needs and budget. He works to create interactive 3D models of the projects and then the blueprints from which they are built.

Tony Beam

Job Supervisor - Tony is a highly skilled carpenter. He has been at the center of our most complex decks, additions, pergolas etc. He accomplishes daunting framing tasks smoothly and quickly pulling from a deep well of experience.
