President - Brian is a native to the Waynesboro area and has been in the construction trade for the past ten years. He brings to the table a wealth of construction knowledge and skill. He works along side each of our customers for a quality design and project.

Victoria Mininger

Vice-President - Victoria was born and raised in Taos, New Mexico until the age of ten. At that time she moved with her family to the Valley. She married Brian in 1996. They are proud parents of four daughters. Victoria oversees the showroom and retail staff of H.I. as well as planning and overseeing special events for H.I.

Jeff Mininger

Drafter - Jeff is a native of Waynesboro. He has been working along side his brother Brian for the past six years in residential construction. He brings his own knowledge of building to the table to insure a quality design that meets your needs and budget. He works together with our sales and design staff, to create interactive 3D models of the projects and then the blueprints from which they are built.

Jason Davis

Job Supervisor - Jason has lived in Waynesboro most of his life and has worked in various construction fields for the past seventeen years. Jason brings to Home Innovations a broad range of knowledge in many areas of construction. He serves as a Job Supervisor for ongoing projects and is qualified to manage all aspects of home renovation and remodeling.

John Stoll

Mason - John brings with him 20 plus years in the construction business, primarily in the masonry field. He was born and raised in Northern Wisconsin but now resides in Stuarts Draft with his wife Nancy and their two teenage children.

Kara Cook

Kara Cook - Office Manager - Kara is an Augusta County native, a graduate of Riverheads High School, and is a former pet groomer, a trade she still loves and practices in her spare time. Kara joined the Home Innovations staff in the spring of 2005 and is a key part of our unique process. She works closely with our sales department to help clients take their first steps towards their dream project. She is vital in keeping the administrative work of our office flowing smoothly.

John Strickler

Estimator - John is a native to Augusta County along with his wife Cindy and son Ezra. He has been on staff since 2006. He brings experience in product manufacturing and product estimating.

Tony Beam

Job Supervisor - Tony is a highly skilled carpenter. He has been at the center of our most complex decks, additions, pergolas etc. He accomplishes daunting framing tasks smoothly and quickly pulling from a deep well of experience.
